I suggest you:
Start the project but don't go too far, just make the engine.
If spineworld will come back probably all the people will go play it and your work will probably be trashed.
But tough i suggest you this,i suggest even another thing : never surrender like the others did.
Continue following your dreams!

How can i make the engine or what program should i use to make the engine?

With engine i'm saying the base (the animations and how the game works.)

1 get dowloadthemall (firefox) or download master (chrome) plugin.

Here is a pretty big collection of intros and explications.
3 Open download master with the button up near the box where you write the site address
select the files you want clicking on the circle near them.
4 to play them use a swf player (if you want to pause,speed up and slow down the video) or the browser if you simply want to play them.

I also checked on many servers of many companies,
I found that the original server who hosted spineworld-first version of migoland:

I even managed to hack in and enter in the admin zone but i found nothing
(I got the link from steam car racer where the second track must be loaded connecting to this)
